One of my offices uses Microcall Version 4.10 for call reporting. We have two extensions, both belong to the same person, which have stopped showing up on reports. Anyone have any ideas? I am not familiar with Microcall as our other offices use Inter-Tel's Reporter Pro. Additionally, does anyone have any manuals or know where I can get one for Microcall? There website has nothing. Thanks in advance for any help.

Had the same proiblem. The extensions need to be added again so it logs them. Let me know if you require specefic steps.

click on company directory and expand the extensions windows. make sure those two extensions are set to yes under the collection column
