One of my offices uses Microcall Version 4.10 for call reporting. We have two extensions, both belong to the same person, which have stopped showing up on reports. Anyone have any ideas? I am not familiar with Microcall as our other offices use Inter-Tel's Reporter Pro. Additionally, does anyone have any manuals or know where I can get one for Microcall? There website has nothing. Thanks in advance for any help.
