We are having issues with phones at a remote office throwing the following errors in the IP Resource Allocation log. When these errors occur, the related endpoint will 'reset'. We have an Inter-Tel 5400 switch with Mitel 5330 endpoints.

[08Jun09 09:24:20] ipra_app[INFO]: Error 110 while receiving from SAC port ID 87.
[08Jun09 09:24:20] ipra_app[INFO]: Disconnecting SAC on port 87.
[08Jun09 09:24:20] ipra_app[INFO]: Disconnecting MiNET IP device on port 87.
[08Jun09 09:24:26] ipra_app[INFO]: Received MiNET IP connection attempt from 192.168.100.35:6988.
[08Jun09 09:24:26] ipra_app[INFO]: Connection attempt from 192.168.100.35:6988 on MiNET IP port 87.
[08Jun09 09:24:26] ipra_app[INFO]: Connection from MiNET IP device.
[08Jun09 09:24:27] ipra_app[INFO]: Received SAC connection attempt from 192.168.100.35:7994.
[08Jun09 09:24:27] ipra_app[INFO]: SAC connection attempt from 192.168.100.35:7994 on MiNET IP port 87.
[08Jun09 09:24:27] ipra_app[INFO]: SAC connection from MiNET IP device.

What does the acronym 'SAC' stand for? And does anyone know what 'error 110' might be? I have posed the same questions to our reseller, but they have no idea.

Thanks!
