System 11.0
Today we had an employee make a 911 call. These calls have always shown up on our three administrator phones.
Today the call did not register. It showed in the SMDR, it lasted for over a minute, but the call did not show on the display of any of the three phones.

System alarms only display on endpoints programmed as "administrator" under device flags.

All three of these phones are Administrators. Except for today, this has always worked.

Is it possible the user pressed a Call key, then dialed 911? I believe a user must just dial '911' w\o pressing any other keys or codes in order for the call to show up on admin fones.
