We are a small contact center with 10 seats and we are looking for a solution which can let us to be very flexible when we have to configure a new project. Many times our customers have divers requests and the system shoul be able to support them.

We are doing inbound, outbound and back office services and we would like to use SIP, IAX or VoiP technology.

Thanks in advance,

You can use our SIP based trunking for both incoming and outgoing calls. We also have a built in ACD capability with agent log in and log out and reporting capabilities. It's not as elaborate as others out there but you also don't have to pay for it as an add on either. You also can use IP based telephone sets in remote locations if you like who can log in and out of agent groups for handling of calls. For a 10 person contact center it may very well be a good, cost effective solution for you.

If you are in Romania please tell me where and email me at [email protected].

I will try to help you and I do think we have a dealer there who can help you with systems installation, training and support.
