We completed a project with Allworx integrated to Higher Gear CRM software via the ethernet based SMDR broadcast packets and account codes. The Allworx/Higher Gear relationship seems to be a good fit for anyone looking for a phone system and CRM package for a car dealership. Higher Gear integrates with Reynolds and Reynolds software as well.
