Do you want some help or do you just want to bash the product? wink Who did you buy it from?? If you bought it from the big distributor in California, they will probably send you an advance replacement. Have you talked to the support people from your distributor?

For 20 years we have been buying equipment, setting it up in the shop and letting it "burn in". For the Allworx, I find it much easier if we burn it in for a week or so and program as much as we can so that we save time on site. It also gives us time to check it out. We've only had one Allworx server be an out of box failure, and its was damaged (bent) on the corner. We received another one in two days. No problem.

Allworx quality control is very good. We have only had to return 1 in the 5 years we've been installing them. Did you buy the unit from a legit source? Are your trained on how to install it?
