If you are trying to get an Allworx page to broadcast across a VPN or across IP subnets, then this article might be of help to you. Allworx paging is multicast and as such, cannot traverse any type of layer 3 connection on your network. In order to make this happen, the multicast traffic has be converted to unicast, transmitted to the far side network and then released as multicast. The method we are using to make this happen can be accomplished with any Zyxel Gen2 USG or VPN series router by using the IGMP snooping on the router and capturing it to a Virtual Tunnel Interface on an existing IPSEC tunnel via an IGMP route entry.
