I have an Allworx 6x which has a failing Compact Flash card. I'm trying to take a good back up and restore it but I'm having difficulties. Another tech replaced the original CF card a while back with a 32 gig version and it worked up until now. I've been trying to restore a good backup but when I have the system in Safe mode and go to restore I get a message saying it's looking for a hard drive size of 30495 with a cluster size of 8196 and when it doesn't see it, the process fails. I've tried USB flash cards and new CF cards but get the same message.
Allworx support is absolutely no help on the matter. I'm really not looking forward to programming this from square one.
