A user would like to have VCX (release 8) call her when she gets a voicemail at the office. Is this possible with the VCX?

I believe it is possible, but of the myriad of different voicemail options, I'm not sure which one it is.

I dropped 3Com like a hot potato because the company itself is so screwed up ..... their support was non existent.

But when i was trained years ago their first NBX system would outcall ... as will almost every other voice mail system out there so i would think it will do it.

There aren't too many (if any) of us here that sell 3Com so you may not have much luck here.
