Previously I routinely changed email voicemail notification addresses using OXO 30.0.28. Now I can't access Central Services, it's grayed out. Tried using 'Compatibility to older releases..' setting, older OXOs such as 22. and 20., even downloaded the latest 31.0,10 version, same. A co worker was able to access Central Services on his pc, I believe he's using 30.0.28 .

I'll try installing the OXO on my home pc and try it - but I wonder what could cause me to lose access to that setting?

Could not run the programmer on my home pc, a .dll file was missing. Tried reinstalling 30.0.28 and a 22. version, same.
I am not familiar with your particular software but here are some general thoughts.

If you receive an error with the name of the .dll you could search the drive to see if it exists. If it exists, you could try manually registering the dll. Also, if the path to the .dll is mentioned you could verify that the .dll exists in the folder mentioned.

Another thought is you may need to install the program using compatibility settings by right clicking on the installer and choosing Troubleshoot compatibility. Some of my Iwatsu software required this treatment on Windows 10.

Since the.dll error was on my home pc I didn't pursue that since I really need it to work on my company pc, but thanks for the suggestions. I did try compatibility settings, no luck. The 'Cent Serv' button was still grayed out. Other station information is available. I found out I was able to access Central Services on another customer's site, and view the email address for voicemail notifications. A co-worker is able to access Cent Serv. on the one that I can't.

I'll see if I can get another pc at the office to install the programmer on.

Your coworker's pc works, your pc works on other sites, it points to the customer's firewall. It may not like the network you are using. You could try placing your computer on the network your coworker uses, if you have that luxury, as success would eliminate your pc as the source of the problem. Placing your coworker's pc on your network would help narrow things down as well.

We were both in our office on the same network. What's kind of strange is it's just that one subscriber setting I can no longer access.
