I am going to be adding DID to my local PRI
And I cannot remember if I have to change the delete or insert on the first page of the trunk group I am going to be getting (4)digits. thanks for your help

what type system do you have and how many digits are in you ext. numbers. If you are using 4 digits numbers, then you are o.k. as long as the digits they send you matches your ext. numbers. If you are using 3 digits ext. numbers then you will have to delete the 1st. digit of the 4 digit they are sending you and the 3 digits will have to match your ext. numbers.
