What are the call transfer capabilities of this system? I have been told that calls can be transferred out to stations such as cell phones and other numbers at different locations. Since these systems can be relatively expensive, I need to know if this is one of the features. I have talked with four vendors and received different replies.

You can have the voice mail call to a pager or cell and they can retrieve their messages. It is called (out calling). Or you can also have the voice mail transfer a call to a cell or any out side number.But you will have to have call transferring on the lines that you are using to transfer. the calls.

Avaya has a new voice mail for the partner it Partner Messaging Center Release 1.0 I haven't had a chance to go over all the features but it has out calling. email me and I will see what all the features it has.
