I would like to upgrade my system and was wondering if with the following configuration I could just replace the processor to the newer ACS version.

(3) Partner 206E R3.1
(1) Partner II 400E R3.1
(1) Partner II Processor R4.0.1
I also using an Amanda SOHO VM.

Will all the new ACS versions work with the remains of this system?

Yes you can the only thing is that you might want to replace the 5 slot cabinet wile you are at it. If its old it might give you problems.
