i need to setup 7 lines:3 ext,3creditcard scanners and 1 atm to a partner system

All you need is one post, I would suggest that you find an installer in your area as it sounds like you have cables to run and programming to do to get your lines, CC, cash registers. All you told us is that you have a Partner system, you don't say what modules are in it. At this point we don't even know if you can support the lines and ports for this.
