Hi. I'm a developer attempting to locate software for my Lucent/Avaya 8411D set. The software is known as "Passageway Direct Connect CTI" and it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If there is anyone who can point me to this software, where I can purchase it, download it, or whatever, please reply.
