Need help with partners messaging R.1 messaging date and time don't match system date and time. Tried codes 101,102,103 should reset but not responding.Any suggestion other than but new.

Make sure the system date and time are correct, then power the system off, count to 10, and power back up, to see if the voice mail will sync.

Failing that, you need to find someone familiar with programming the system to check the voice mail parameters, especially the ports assigned to Hunt Group 7.

What version is the Partner processor?

processor must be 3.1 or better for the time to match

Tried to reset system and restart already no resetting.Processor Acs and also this VM is A upgrade from 10 mailboxes to 48 last VM card worked correctly.
Also reinitialised hunt group 7 and assigned ext for hunt group for new card.Everything else is working correctly.

Just an FYI I was able to get an ACS Processor 3.0 to re-sync date and time with a VM 5.0 after a couple of reboots.
