I tried to install a Tapit software into a Partner ACS R3.0 yesterday but is seems that the info from the SMDR Port was not sinking with the Tapit program. Finally after a softstart we got it working. Today it stopped working again. What could be the problem. Bad SMDR port? It worked fine a couple of years ago when we last tried the Tapit at this same site. Thanks
