Customer had a legend 6.1 cke4 processor that went bad. Avaya replaced processor with a cke3 7.0 processor. Since then, message lights at time will not turn on or turn off at times. Has a audix mail. If you look at the logs; both the mail and legend shows that the light is being turn on or turned off.
Has anyone had a problem like this??

The only thing that I have run across is to make sure the voicemail ports are rotary enabled in the phone system.
