Greetings,
I have a modem board plugged into an analog station port, I can dial out no problem. sometimes the modem will need to transfer a call to a customer service agent, in order to do this I need to flash-hook and dial an extension. This fails. I can plug a Kmart phone in and flash no problem. Is there a specific feature code or dial string I need to include before the modem dials the extension in order to transfer?
