Desi doesnt work with the labels that come with the phones. I ended up making up an Excel document. looks good!

Lucent used to have a deal with Baudcom/OverlayPro and included their software on the Partner remote access software disc. Baudcom/OverlayPro then had the Lucent logo on all their blank sheets. Seems Avaya put the kibosh on that deal.
OverlayPro still has the best (IMO) software and desi's. I have used them for many years.
No, I don't think anybody has anything to print on the supplied labels. They were designed to be handwritten or put in a typewriter. They would probably jam in many printers. Can't believe that if you are going to do this for more than just yourself that it would be worth the trouble to create an Excel form and try to print them.

printed over 30 labels on an ink jet with only 1 jam.
Here' a trick for certain labels. If you find yourself some large sticky-notes and put on the backside of the labels to cover the preforated holes you want get the paper jams as bad. I prefer desi myself.
