my customer has an acs 1.0 w/ a vs mail 5.0. if a caller does not select an option during the greeting it times out ot ext 11. how do i get it to go to ext 10 first? thanks.
You will have to log into the Voice mail as the Admin and change the Dial 0/Timeout Extension.
where is that located? i went into admin and its not under mailboxes. do i go 3 for aa and then what? thanks.
okay now i have another problem. when i press 6 to modify it does not go to selector codes. it prompts you to record a new greeting.
