Have a customer wanting 3 of these. We're not an Avaya dealer but do a good bit with ACS. Anyone able to give me insight into the product?

Some products are just more trouble to fool with if you don't do them a lot. I don't know anyone I can send this to and don't want to persue the work if it will come back on me. 3 systems, maybe 20 to 30 phone each with voice mail. Should I get some help and go after this or walk away?
