I've been trying to log into our Partner Messaging R7, but we can't figure out what the administrator password could be. Is it possible to reset the messaging system to factory defaults so we can start fresh from there?

Didn't we already cover that, the R7 has a backdoor but it isn't known yet. you will have to call Avaya and have them dial into it to reset the admin password
