Help please:

We have a Lucent system with Merlin Mail Voice msg, Release 3. Most of our extensions have the last four numbers like this: 9254, 9301, 9295, etc.
We have a fax line which has 5072 as the last four. For some reason the number was forwarded and we would like to stop that. We tried feature code #33 + 072 but that made the line forward to the operator.
Any suggestions on how to get the line to stop forwarding to the operator and back to itself?

stop forwarding? when did it start? press #33 Then the extention of the phone your on or #34 to stop all

No one is coming forward as to when the forwarding started. Minutes ago I went to the fax machine and pressed #*34* and heard a confirmation tone. I believe all is correct now.
