We have one operator console that rings for incoming calls, plus several other lines that ring. Any one of which can take the call. How do we add/delete extentions we don't want to ring?

you can actually do that at each individual phone. press feature 00 and press a line button. scroll through feature list to RngOp

select what you want to happen. can be done for one line or all.
