The client has two offices; one office (site A) will house the IP Office 406v2 the remote site will have a SOHO (site B). The client has three operators at site “A” which will answer calls coming into the main number. They will have a forth operator at site “B” who will also need to answer calls coming into the main number. All operators on network will need to ring at the same time. How can this be accomplished?

Have you tried putting them all in the same group and having the incomming call route goto that group?

The only group that will ring is the group on the 406v2 the phone on the SOHO doesn't ring.

You would be better off replacing the IP Office.
