Merlin 820 lines A & B will not ring in with feature pack installed. without feature pack rings fine.

Make sure it is Feature pack 2v and not feature pack one. Check the ringing program. The card may not be in the slot correctly with bent pins on the backplane. The card must be in the first slot on the top. The card may be defective. If you need a feature card 2 for this email me. The feature card holds the programing for rining and could still be programed not to ring on these lines.

Have 2 different feature packs both do same thing. not sure how to check ringing program. Have used *99 code to reset entire system. Lines 1&2 will not ring with feature pack installed, 3&4 ring fine. All lines ring with feature pack removed. Pins appear to be fine. Any other suggestions.

Have you tried ringing @ the sets
left switch down /lines solid on

Go to a phone. Find the "T/P" switch on the side. Slide it to the "P" position. Press each line button until the Red light next to the button turns solid red. Slide the T/P switch back to the center position.

Lights are solid red but still no ring on first two lines any other suggestions??
