Ok I had an Ip Office system dumped into my lap. I really dont know alot about these guys but have been taking some classes and what not to try to learn what I can.. Here is my problem. This is an Ip office 406 DS. The problem that I am having is the system has stoped forwarding to night service after hours. I have been thru the Time Profile and made sure the Forwarding number is set up for the hunt group.. The 2 Hunt Group's that are supposed to forward are set to fallback to the time profile that is set. Clock on Time server is set to 24 hour.. I am at a loss of even what to look for now. I have checked everything the manuel's and the help file has talked about and its still not going to service. It does go to an old voice mail saying that the clinic is closed. I dont see anywhere in the programing that a voicemail feature is set for these two hunt groups to go to a voice mail.. also last night i made a couple changes and it acted like it went to the night service the 1st time I called in but about 5 sec after night service picked up it bounced to that voice mail mssg.. Please any help would be great. Like I said this system was dumped on me and the Company that installed it will not even answer my call's.

Step one, find a new vendor!

But while you're waiting... if the calls are landing in a voicemail box or module then you need to find where in the configuration it is set to send to voicemai. Then disable it.

Another thing to check is the no answer time out settings for the the user that is actually making the forward happen.

I really like the Sundance forum. There are lots of very bright (and polite) folks that live here. But I've noticed that IPO questions are somewhat few.

May I suggest posting the question at https://www.tek-tips.com/threadminder.cfm?pid=940 as well. It's a strictly IP Office forum. Perhaps ipofficeguy could offer his help over there as well.
