Need to be able to dial long distance on a phone. The system is a merlin legend 511a How do I go about programming that?
Someone noted that there are about eleven different ways to restrict an extension on a Legend.
If you have WinSPM, do a print of the restricted extension, and an unrestricted extension. Then do a stare-and-compare to find the difference. If fact, WinSPM will let you do just that.
