I just started a a new company as an IT and i have never used a merlin system before. A problem that i can't find out how to fix is that a mlx-10DP will not go to voice mail, and i created a mailbox for that extension and assigned it to same group every other mailbox is in. We have a merlin legend 4.0 and merlin mail. Can anyone help me?

If you have never administered a Legend before, I would recommend contacting your local Avaya Business Partner for assistance.
I know an old guy from Visalia (who used to have a girlfriend in Livermore) that might help you if you'd only post your email info. He now runs a successful business in Upland, CA.
