IP Office and busy's - 03/06/08 10:08 AM
I have an IP office that it seems when you make a call or someone else makes a call, then hangs up, and another person dials out, sometimes it seems they try to grab the line that was just disconnected, but the user hears a busy tone. Is there any way to stop this from happening? When I watch Call Status, the IPO picks up lines in a random order? I also saw a tech tip, Global_IP_Office_Tech_Tip_154.pdf talking about detecting a busy? I wonder if this is my problem. The customer has Centrex lines, maybe I need to adjust the busy tone detection for them?
