I need to do a report on extensions that were last accessed by date. Our Intuity is saying we are out of licenses.

585-313-803, Issue 6 and 585-313-807, Issue 6
June 2002
To see how many boxes you have paid for.

The system displays the INTUITY AUDIX Command Prompt Screen. login as "sa" and go to the feature options screen (4th option down)

Still looking for you on how to look at the total number of subscribers that you have. I had the same thing a while back and had to add more subscribers.

'disp act XXXX' will show you activity on a subscriber.

Mr. Howard doesn't post all that much but, when he does, he packs quite a punch...especially when it comes to the older AUDIX/MAPx stuff. The man knows what he's talking about. Please let us know how it works out for you.

I'd be curious to know what he sent as I don't know of a report that will do every mailbox.

Their is one that will show you how many boxes you have programmed, but it has been a couple of years since I had to buy some more RTU's and can't remember the commands. If I have more time today, I'll look around some more.

I found one that will do what he needs. Not sure if it's the one I used before but this one is one of the best I have found on Intuity.

login sa
customer services and administration
diagnostics
system evaluation

This takes a few minutes and you will need to scroll through it using the enter button. I found several thing in here that will be helpful to me as well.

This is just one of several screens. The others also give you the number of RTU's you have purchased. From the looks of this report, i will need to buy more RTU's soon as I only have 10 left. I believe they are sold in blocks of 100 and they are not cheap. I may have to make that call as well.

Mr. Howard it looks like the original poster and now myself are needing one more piece of the puzzle to make this come together.

That would be a report that shows the subscribers that do not have activity. This would allow us to put off buying RTU's (upping the number of subscribers on the License) at least for a while.

Would you mind posting (or emailing or PMing me) the procedures for that?

I appreciate your help.

I am sorry to report that the Audix does not have a feature that cannot scan all the mailboxes to see when they were last accessed

Mike, I don't you can buy RTU's for the Audix MAP series anymore as they are end of sale.

I will let you know what I find out Dave. I think the additional subscriber bundles are still on our state contract. Although our AE has been trying to push into the MM for a while now.

I will post when I here form them.
