The internal power supply for my avaya 308ec r3.0 burnt out, and I was wondering who can sell me this part, I dont need to send it out for repair, cause I can do the instation myself.

They show up on eBay every so often.

I must admit that I have had mixed results with replacing these power units.

The reason is simple, usually something on the Board it was powering has gone south.

Also, a friend who works for a reseller has had the same results.
