I am considering getting a phone system for my home, and I like the designs of Avaya's phone and the manuals are readily available online. I would simply like to know if this module will work by itself, and if it will work with the older Avaya phones that are boxy with square buttons. I believe they are called MLX phones.. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link to the card I am asking about:

Thats a module for a Legend, it will not work as a stand alone. Also that module is for old merlin phones ( 10 BIS ) not MLX s'

Thanks for the fast replies! I personally like the professional look of these phones the best (except with more line keys):

Will those phones still function with a Partner?

MLX phones will NOT work on a Partner, the MLS will.
