IP Office with microsoft CRM 4.0 - 04/13/10 11:32 AM
i have a call center that uses CRM and wants to intergrate with CRM. i am have ing a h*ll of a time getting answers from Avaya. has anyone done this? we are trying to get it working in office first. we have a IP 406 R5 and selling a 500 R6 with SIP phones.
