HI! There , i had a working Partner mail for a few years , and now it is busy , the Led is steady green for several seconds flickers goes to red and back to steady green and through the same cycle , . My question is ,do you think it is the hard drive or the 4 port expansion backup card?? And is it possible to repair with the flash card repair kit on ebay :scratch: . It is on a ACS R7.

If people have problems accessing the voicemail (get a busy signal) and/or it does not always answer incoming calls, the hard drive could be on the way out.

If it ends up being a failing hard drive, there are replacement flash drives available, but upgrading to an R7 Avaya Partner Messaging would probably be the way to go.

Answer is that it's toast. Get a new one.
