Press the "mic/HFAI" button. Press again to unmute.

The MIC/HFAI method works for the hands-free speaker.

There is no mute function for the handset (other than covering the mouth piece with your hand or placing the call on hold).

You can get talk to mute handsets for the partner system.

unplug the curly cord from the handset
