Customer would like to have a few wireless headsets for their Partner 18D phones. They would also like to be able to put the caller on hold, which might be the tricky part.

Anyone done anything like this and were happy with the results? I know that Plantronics has an Avaya-specific helpdesk, but I'd rather ask you guys first.

Probably the best solution would be to use CT-12's which have the dial pad that clips to the belt or pocket. At that point it is just like any single phone on the system which can utilize the pre-programed user codes from the system to access calls and retrieve held calls.

Ditto what ^^^^ (Todd) said, but remember it is a single line device.

If they need multi-line, then I would recommend a 3920, separate ext. and a headset.
