I've just inherited maintenance of 2 x IP412 V3.0 Office systems that are networked together. One in London, the other in Ipswich. VM Pro running in Ipswich.
They are using about 80 x Avaya 2030-NL phones.
Customer wants to implement a home worker with a softphone situation via a VPN. If I upgrade both systems to v5.0 to achieve this, will the 2030-NL phones still function?
If not, any suggestions for a homeworker without having to get them to buy 80 new handsets?!?
