VM gets locking up very often. Just got a new customer. They do reset server every time this happened. Anything I can do to stop that?

Is this VMPro? Did it just start or has it been like this since install? If just started, undo whatever change has been done. Is it running on a clean, dedicated machine? In other words, troubleshoot it.

It is VMPro Intuity interface. Installed on dedicated computer. They blame it happening from the day of install.

How often does it fail? If it's every two hours, look at license. If more random, disable firewall and antivirus and see if it makes a difference.
