Can the IP Office only update the firmware of so many phones at once. We just install 80 phones and a majority are hanging on the firmware update. In fact, I am not even sure if it got that far.. Its almost like it doesn't see the DS30 station modules.
The 1400 phones are usually no problem, the 9600s need their own ftp server.
If you have Voicemail pro running on a server, copy the txt, bin, and scr files from Manager to the wwwroot folder of inetpub, and change the http server setting in manager to the vm server. If you are running Windows 7, google Web Platform Installer from Microsoft, and install IIS 7 Recommended Configuration first.
