Quick question, are the 500 cards (phone 8 ph2 uni 4 repairable or just throw aways) Thanks Tony

I don't think I would consider anything like that throw away. I guess it depends on if you can find a company to repair them? We used to get Partner and Legend cards repaired all the time until the market got saturated with excess used cards. Then it became cheaper to just buy another used card than repair an old one.

I'm being told throw away. I kinda agree with you its kind of pricey to just throw away. Have any idea where I could look for a repair company. Thanks Tony

There is a place in the Seattle area that repairs Nortel card, not sure about IPO stuff. Comtech phones in Bellevue.

I just found out my brand new combo card is not bad, but that the IP Office needs upgrading, so always check that its not a software issue

The card was working fine till a new IT company tried to change some things in the system. In the phone 8 card I have ports 1 2 good 3,4,5,6,no good and 7,8 good. I moved the card to another slot same results.

What exactly do you mean when you say "change some things"?

The best I could get is that they moved some extensions, added some cables and extended some extensions. (All single line phones)

you can easily shoot that down by doing a cost comparison..
