I have a 406 with Manager and Voicemail Pro both V 5.0 runing on XP Pro SP2. Can I upgrade the XP to SP3 without blowing up the IP office or VM systems.

I would like to just leave it alone but the system we use to restore the PC after a failure requires that you first reinstall XP with the same service pack that you previously had then restore from your saved archive. Being that all my other XP systems are at SP3 it would be nice to have this one at the same level. I also do not have an XP CD with SP2 so I would need to get one to restore this system

IPO software should survive an upgrade to SP3 just fine. Be prudent and back up vm first...

Thanks, It would be nice for all the XP pc's we maintain to be at the same SP level do only 1 restoration kit is required.

Just did not want to blow up the IP Office or VM doing it.
