I have been asked if Audix can support VM to email. I have seen that Message Manager might do what is desired but there were also copies of software that had to be loaded on user PCs? The Audix is circa 1994. Is it reasonable to attempt this function? Could someone overview this project? Alternatives? Switch is a Legend.

If the Audix is REALLY circa 1994, it won't do VM2EM. What PBX is it on? How many stations?

Original system was installed 1994 with Y2K upgrade later on. Runs on a Legend with 45 MLX10DP and about 30 single line telephones. There is an attendant 20L w/ 2 DSS modules. Audix has a remote maintenance card.

The intuity Map5P with the 5.1.56 software can do the VM to EM option. the system you have can be replaced and the current data migrated to the newer unit. the Intuity Audix uses POP3 to push the messages out to the users Email address.
