Lost Sysadmin Password to Avaya Partner Messaging R7 System - 01/26/12 02:00 PM

I submitted a question to Experts Exchange and they forwarded me here. The topic says it all - our NJ office sysadmin password no longer seems to be working and we need to regain access to the system. The reply on the E.E. website says that there is a backdoor password that exists for each revision of the system, but that for security reasons the best way to obtain this password is to get a forum member here to PM you.
So, if there is anyone who could help us resolve this issue that would be extremely helpful.
