Partner 3.0 , 2-- 206 mods, on 2 slot connector, had to replace 1st mod. now I am lost as to how to reconnect the MOH. The cust. has no display phone, so I used my Partner Euro 18D, went into programming on sta. 10 , & #602 for MOH pgm.the display lit up, but I get no time & date. I get the error tone (HONK)whenI put in the #602. Looking online I see something about I have to use an MLS 12D, or 18D to pgm. If this is correct I'll have to dig one out & try it.
I need someone to confirm this action.
Thanks in advance.
PS They will get a quote for a new system with my invoice!!

replacing a 206 module should have no way affected MOH

if it was working before it should still be working

are you suggesting its on , connected and not playing ?

have you verified that its actually live going into the system ?

You say a R3 and 2 206 cards. With a 2 slot carrier. Doesn;t sound right.

Goto
Search above "baby partner "in Avaya and you will find a post from 2009 re: baby Partner .

There is also one from 2003.

Assuming that this is a Partner Basic you need to find and read the documentation. It's not like the later Partners.

What did you replace the mod with, a 206 or a 206E?
