I'm looking for a certified Avaya IPO technician to help resolve a few issues. Client has 2 IP Office systems running 8.0.44 and has 9621G and 9641G Phones. I can't get them to work right. Display issues and Call History. Please PM me with contact info. Needed ASAP!
Have the phones downloaded the updates? Set up your http server remotely and watch SYSMON to see if the files upload. That was the only minat release that will support the 96x1 sets, so they HAVE to get that update to function. Almost certainly that is the issue.
