Have private line ring downs (14) on a analog trunk card.
Ring down works, we here them, they don't hear us. HELP.....

and they work with a butt-set? Digital or IP Phones?

Work with butt set, digital sets.
Can do it by dialing 2 digits while ringing. don't want to have to do that.
