i am helping a customer with an acs r7. i cant adjust the call forward to max timer. i tried #320 and #321. is there another way. what they want is for two extensions to fwd after one ring. thanks dave

What release version R7?
I know there where some early versions with some flaky issues.

Your 321 should have worked to adjust the number of rings before VM for that ext picks up.

im going to have to check on the version, woldnt surprise me if its a flakey one
