I have 2 ext. 12 and 13 that when calls transfer to them the caller cant hear the ext.I did get it to happen one time but all other calls were good. Is there something that I should look for. Has anyone had this problem?

Is it transfered from AA or another ext.

Can transfer to other ext. with no problem.They can call out just fine from ext. with no problem.
